How to go to Dongshi Fisherman’s Wharf
The location is far from the city. So it would be easier if you can drive car to there. People who don’t have cars can take bus. Number 7233 bus Puzih ↔ Wengang will take you to the destination.
Ice cream before anything
There are many many vendors selling different kinds of seafood, snacks and drinks. They even have two ice cream vendors. As an ice cream lover, I definitely need to buy one for myself before doing anything.
Eating ice cream just made my day so much better. And the dog also wanted to try some. It followed us wherever we went and stared at us by that face. It was really cute and sweet.
Colorful buildings at Dongshi Fisherman’s Wharf
The area is quite big. You can have fun with your family, lover or friends. It was around 5 p.m. when we arrived. We walked around while eating ice cream. There were many vendors and shops during the day. However, they were all getting ready to close when we were walking. So you should come earlier if you want to go shopping there.
The buildings here are different and colorful. People can take pictures as much as they want. That’s why girls love to come here.
The Tropic of Cancer
The landmark of the Tropic of Cancer at Dongshi Fisherman’s Wharf uses red and white to transform the words “N23.5” into two hearts that symbolize love, an arrow of the god of love, high heels and a wedding carriage, etc., to create a romantic image of love The artistic sculpture is very different from other signs of the Tropic of Cancer, and it can be called the latest landmark of the Tropic of Cancer.

This big area is for children to have fun. I took this photo from a distance. They can play in the water, build castles on the sand.
Many parents take their children here and stay for whole afternoon to enjoy the holiday. Parents can relax and toddlers can have a lot of fun at the same time.
Beautiful sunset
Another reason that people love to come here is beautiful sunset. It was a perfect time to view the sunset the day we went.
